Talk to Urologist on Not Having A Child

I am married and facing low sperm count issue. I got married About 2 years ago and no pregnancy happend sir. During intercourse I get discharge very immediately.During foreplay i leak few drops of sticky ( water like matter ) and after every urination i also leak one or two drops of semen at the end of each urination.Due to this i didn't get hard erection even . I need the reason to this problem and complete treatment also ,, Can u plz prescribe some medication for this problem?? Thank you
