Hello, i am 30 male. I've got married in Feb 2020. after 8th month of constant trying on the right time of month, my still did not concieve. I've done my semen analysis three months back. (attached) My wife ultrasound was done as well and Gynacologist said she is fine and developing eggs regularly. please help us to diagnose our real problem. we are actualy most importanly trying to figure out that where is the problem i.e, in me or my wife. Please Help us, we are taking alot of stress.

1. Why different laborteries are using different reference parameters for semen analaysis? For example, the Lab here is asking alt least 70% of sperms must be active motile. on the other hand, WHO parameteres are totally different. Please help me to sought out real problem so that we can focus on it in a real time.
