He is having some motility and morphology issue from early year of marriage but on medication report came better .this report which I am posting took when he was not on medication. kindly help is this fine now. ( as he is doing excercise, good diet and stress control)

sperm count is issue in this report.

Depend upon the cause of low sperm count by detail history, examination and if necessary further investigations as well and may b repeat analysis from AKU as I cant see some valuable points in this report
