Talk to Urologist on Nocturnal Emission

I am 23 years old man, and since last several months i have been experiencing frequent nocturnal emissions, multiple times a week, first i thought its natural and healthy, but now its effecting me mentally because i think any thing excessive is not good and i am worried for my sperm count. So any advice, what tests to conduct, is it safe/healthy or dangerous? Reasons/remedies? Thanks
