My son is 4 years old...His penis is bigger in size than normal kids..And often erectile hjata hai specially morning me...He occasionally complains k dard hota hai kbhi kbhi. Is it normal or sumthing to worry ??

kids do have involuntary erections off and on. Genitals come in various size and shapes. Smaller should be a worry rather than a big one.
In case, you are too much worried, let him be seen by a Pediatric urologist or pediatric surgeon.
