Talk to Urologist on Masturburation (help Me)

aoa dear,i m 21 y old.i was watching porn from 7 years and also masturbate.i always try to get rid of this.but whenever i try after some weeks again i repeat this habit.i know that it is haram and Allah says don't even come near to zina.now inshaAllah i m trying to get rid of this.but i feel that it has causes lot of problems in me.example,weeknes,don't like things.don,t taking interest in studies.it is request to all the doctors help me .i m waiting for u.Allah give u jaza for this...
