Talk to Urologist on Masturbation, Short Penis

Hi doctor I'm 6'2 hieghted boy and doing masturbation about last 10 years this cause short penis and it is only 4 inch long when it is erect. I stop masturbating 7 months ago but nothing changed to my penis . There is also blue viens and a lot of pre cum come when I think horny.kindly help me as there is marriage after 1 year.
