Talk to Urologist on Masturbation, Pornography

Hey Psychologists, i am 22 years old. i am marturbating from near about last 10 years. i did it excessively. i have pain in my all joints, my muscles are weak, i have low timing in masturbating. i tried all techniques of leaving masturbating, i am praying 5 times, i did fasting. sometimes i leave it for months but then again i came to it.... i know its not good for me, and its getting worse for me day by day. i am engaged. i dont know how i will enjoy my marriage because when i masturbate then i feel pain in my all body... i am freelancer and earn good money but due to masturbation i am very behind of my fellows because i dont see energy in my self to focus on my goals..... i dont know to whom should i contact, that's why i am posting here so that psychologists understand my case and then suggest me or come forward by him/her own to help.
