I'm addicted to watch pornography before I sleep that eventually leads me to masturbation. It's been 12 years and I'm 23yo now. I consider my habit as root cause of my failures as my goals are clear to me now but I fail to focus on them and wasting my time in these, thought of marrying to fix it but can't as it's out of my hands for now, really want to get rid of it.
