m son facing problem in his lower penis part picture is attached for clarity m much worried dr said its solution is surgery and it is cyst ,, m worried ahy it happens and its cause ? and he is so young does it effect on his sex relation after surgery please need your advice doctors suggestion plz what to do to solve cure this issue ? all blood related test is nomal hepatitis b hepatitis C all are normal .. cyst occurs in male too ?

These are harmless cysts. Best treatment is to have these removed. Yes, these cysts are not uncommon in men/males.
