Talk to Urologist on Male Infertility Problem

Hello, I am 30 years old and I am married for about 4 years and last Year when I went to the doctor, the doctor suggested me for semen analysis in which he told me that I have low sperm count and motility, I used this prescribed medicine for about 3 months and repeated the test but still the rapid linear progression is 0 so please check my report and tell me that can my sperm motility gets back to normal or I have no chance? Let me inform you that the ultrasounds shows I have left side mild varicocele too
