Talk to Urologist on Male Disorder

AoA i am suffering from involuntary loss of semen sometime thin and sometime paste like during stool defecation and after r before urination recently i go to a homeopath doctor and i use homeopathic medicine one month now condition become worse there is pain in my testicles n one thing strange is there is no semen during stool but when i urinate a cloudy urine r milky appearance like urine come there is very little erection flacid penis frequent urination in morning drops remained in penis extreme fatigue legs hands become cold even sweat comes out so much depressed dont know what should i do kindly help me.
