I have a lumps on my testicles . Look like a pimples, one lump is bigger other then, It was difficult to figure out exactly where it was located, I'm suffering since 3 year ago, these lumps are hard and totally painless,

Proper examination is required for these lumps u have to visit urologist.
Are these visible lumps?
U can seen them on skin or u can feel them on testis?
