Talk to Urologist on Lump On Penis Shaft

IRespectable doctors i nodticed a new problem couples of days ago which is lump on my penis its a bit painful and today it poped up and some abscess came out of it i m very tensed what is it going on with me i also have boils which goes and come back i also have herpes like symptoms during boil and after the boils i also have lymph nodes on right side of my neck if m extremely worried kindly reffer me to a doctor who can solve all these problems i m attaching the picture of penile lump when it poped up.
