Talk to Urologist on Low Testosterone

Dear Dr, I have low testosterone level 199.00 ng/dl while the prolactin level is 8.03 ng/ml. I have weak/no erection & small penis size. The Urologist at Faisalabad suggest me to use Profetil capsules. I was also operated for Arnold Chairi Malformation Disease type -II during 2002. The neurosurgeon removed the compression from C1 and C2 levels but I still have the problem of stiffness in muscles, weakness in limbs and feel imbalance while walking. Can I be capable for marriage? Would I use only profertil capsules or have to visit Lahore. Many thanks!
