I’m 31 years old married person with 2 kids .. I married in 2015 . Now from last few months I’m having erectile issue .. my penis got erect but lose erection after few seconds though it doesn’t lose full erection but lose hardness .. I have no issue with timing but I feel weakness ..

Blood pressure sometimes high and no sugar .. I have done my hb1c also .. fastened blood sugar is 90-95 ..
No smoking .. what can be possible reason
