Talk to Urologist on Linear Progression Of Sperm Is Decreasing Kindly Advice

His Initial semen analysis report on March shown 2ml volume with 55m/ml sperm count.45% linear rapid progressive with all hormonal profile in range. Dr suggested clomid for 2 months twice a day.After two months test was repeated and linear Progression decreased to 13% while other parameters remained same but report showed 4WBC and 4RBC. Dr again Suggested him to take caricef for one month and azitma 2tablets per week for 1month. After one month test was reapeted but this time rapid progressive decreased to 9% while wbc4 and RBC7. Ultrasound was also done which shows normal testicle size with no vericocele. Dr suggested for FSh which showed 1.04. but before seeing reports dr suggested him to take proxceed plus for one month. I am having regular periods and egg size on 10th day shows 20mm. Respected Dr kindly advice is his treatment moving in right direction. Can we go for IUI or wait for more time.Which dr to see further.
