i did go for ultrasound and it is normal, but my main concern is that i was doing self exam and sitting on bed i observe that my right testicle moving with muscle control but left testicle was not moving with muscle movement. i am bit worried about it,is my left testicle not working anymore?

The movement of the scrotum and the testis is for temperature regulation so it’s fine. For the Varicocoel you would need an ultrasound Doppler to confirm
