Talk to Urologist on Jock Itch/Tinea Cruris

I have tinea cruris/Jock itch near my penis area. When the area sweats itching starts, after that I take bath or apply betnovate cream then red patches and itching starts to disappear. But after 2 to 3 days itching starts again. kindly tell me its treatment because there is no dematalogist in my area. Thanks.
