Talk to Urologist on Jock Itch, Skin Problem

I have skin problem in crotch area on thighs near genitals. I aearched it on internet and found jock itch results. Bought and used a cream named clobederm-nn (clobetasol propionate+neomycin sulphate+nystatin). After 1 tube (15g) itch is gone, skin not peeling, redness gone but skin still looks the same. Will peeled skin come back? I dont see option to attach a pic here.

I m 17 y/o make and my skin near my pubic area has been very itchy since a week and now it is red. Google says it might be skin cancer which is really freaking me out.
