Talk to Urologist on Infertility

I have male infertility issue. Taking treatment for last 5 years. Initially my count was 35million/ml to 56million/ml but motility was not good, around 85% dead.

But gradually count has decreased to about 4 million/ml.

In 2018, my FSH was9.86 IU/L but now it is 12.76. While Testosterone is 312.11ng/dl. Estradiol value is 27 of/mL.

Doctors say, it is Primary Testicular Failure, because my testis size is small as well.

According to them, only option is ICSI. I want to ask if there is any hope for its treatment and chances of natural conception?

I am divorced and want to marry for the second time but this inability is the hurdle as no one will marry me if I will tell the truth and if I hide this truth then I will feel guilty for the whole life.

Please help me, I am 35 years old now.
