Talk to Urologist on Infertility
Asking for Husband, Female, 34 years old, Saudi arabia
Iam married for the last 5 years. Undwewent ICSI but cycle failed. My husband diagnose with teratozospermia ( 97% abnormal shapes of sperm) . His semen analysis also shows uric acid + 2. My infertilist suggested to see internal medicine to treat this issue. However, urologist said there is no issue in semen analysis. My husband is taking CO Q 10 enzymes, calcium, vit E and pre conception vitamins. I want to know what is the problem in semen analysia. What should he further do to improve his result. His other parameters are unremarkable. Notes. He dose go for walk , joggobg daily because he has sendetary work style. Plz help with expert opinion. We are confused in between our infertilst comment and with urologist too.many thanks!

Currently where are you in saudia or pakistan ? And from where you get all
tretment i mean icsi , ivf ?

Almost it will be 5 years. But i have luteal phase defect also. But i responded to medication also. This time my infertilist suggested for steroid for me.
We went through IVF because my doctor said with teratozopermia we cannot conceive a child naturally.
But ivf first cycle failled.
I dont know what shall i do further. No one even giving me proper answer like what is happeneing in my body. And why we are not able to conceive.
We are taking treatment for the last 4 years.
Please can some one guide me what shall i do further.
