Aoa, i m married since 2 years we have no child my all reports are clear Alhamdulillah after 1 year of my marriage doctor asked me for my husband semen analysis test which came 10 million sperm count but he did not take any treatment because he had a liver problem due to high cholesterol enzymes were much raised. He has a history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol above 350 from the age of 16 but he don't take care of his eating habits and do smoking as well. Now recent report came with 4 million sperm count before that 0.2 million count i want to ask that is this condition treatable or to which doctor should i consult?
Systemic disease like u said Liver disease can effect semen quality.
So better consult with some good gastro entrologist for liver disease management.
