I am 18 years old I was diagnosed with Rectum Adenocarcinoma. I went through a surgery followed by 6 cycles of chemotherapy (Oxiplatin CapOx) and I received 25 Radiation Fractions to my pelvis. The Doctors told me that I'll have 0 sperm count for the rest of my life affecting the fertility. I am still ejaculating but the semen is more like water. I just want to ask if I should masturbate or not and will it affect my sexual life later?
