Talk to Urologist on Infertility

My brother is married for almst 2 yrs. They r trying for baby. His wifr reports are all clear. But my bro reports were nt clear. Dr asked him to take tablets for some weeks and den again report. But again reports were not clear. Den dr told him to go for biopsy. If it wil be positive den ivf treatmnt If negetive den no option u hve to adopt.. Unfortunately biopsy report cme negetive. My sending u the reprt. Kindly guide me is there any way they can hve a bby. Is this issue treatable.. Plz hlp
