Talk to Urologist on Infection UTI

My son was diagnosed UTI infection by surgical specialist.. Although doctor was informed that he got severe pain in lower part and swollen testicles. He was immediately detained, given pain killer injections and drip. pain was removed after few hours , given medication as attached. He is taking medicine from last one week but still feeling pain and swelling in right testicles
