Asking for Self, Male, 37 years old, Lahore
I developed hydrocele in 2016/17. It was normal but past few days it has become too big and firm. It doesn't pain but it feels obvious now so I'm planning to get it drained. Pls inform wht could be complication ? I heard it causes sexual dysfunction and infertility Is it true ? Pls help I'm worried

Hydrocele is not an emergency therefore wait till Corona is over. This is not related to any sexual dysfunction. Don’t drain it. Get it operated. Drainage will recur and it may get infected. Contact me shoaibmithani@yahoo.com
