in that case proper evaluation is needed. you must get your ultra sound of lower abdomen pre void and post void . plus do your meditation regularly it will help you leave bad habits too. keep your mind occupied with work and positive engagement toward life. self destruction is bad in every aspect. religiously and social point of view
