i feel harsh pain in one of my testicle once in a month and it looks like hard too alot when it pain after that i drink too much water and then slightly get rid off the pain whats the cause and solution 2ndly i Have that testicle descended on its own in scrotum in teenage before that it was undescended can anyone help

Yes you must go for abdominal complete ultrasound and secondly take penalty of water because in winter mostly people avoid to take water that's why this problem occurs so better is to take penalty of water for 2 days and if you feel your problems will better then ok otherwise go for ultrasound and take appointment through marham for proper treatment
