Talk to Urologist on Frequent Vagainal Discharge

I got married 1.5 years ago. I got pregnant but at 24 weeks my baby delivered and she couldn't survive.i was all fine through out my last pregnancy. Now after 8 months I have conceived again through clomid. In 13 weeks I had my ultrasound to cervix length which came out to be 2.6. I had my cervix cerclage. Before the cerclage I already had polygynax for vagaina infection. After cervix cerclage when I visit my Dr she told me that I had a lot of prulent discharge so I have to do again course of polygynax. I am havng weekly ivfc 5000iu injections too. Now after three weeks at my 18 weeks I again feel that my vagaina got wet. What do to now. The discharge isn't much. It's white color odorless. Not that sticky. I wanted to knw whether it's infection again? How should I avoid that? What Xtra care should I take after cerclage. Dr didn't told me. Can I intercourse with my partner?
