Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Lahore
Mujhy Frequent Urination issue hy, age is 30, Raat ko bar bar uth k washroom jana parta hy, max delay 3, 3.5 hours ka aata hy, and pyas b buht lagti hy, toilet k baad halq khushak hota hy foran paani pina parta hy, din me 4 hours tak waqfa aa jata hy agar pani na pia jaye, pani pi lon tu max 20-30minutes k baad washroom jana parta hy. reports are attached, October 2017 me tests kraye thy. Can me please refer me to the best concerned Dr?

Yeh issue 2 saal sy hy, and family me kisi ko diabetes ni hy. Mera weight pichly 5,6 saalon sy 58-60kg hi hy. Urine ka color yellowish-green hota hy jitna late krun, agr jaldi kr lon tu white hota hy.
Kuch weeks sy mjhy saans ka issue b feel ho rha, sotay waqt feel hota jesy chest py kch jala type jama hua, jb k khaansi waghera bilkul ni hy.
mujhy aap koi best doctor refer kr sakty hen?
