Aoa.need guide line...em not able to discuss with someone at home or frnd,doc....having fissure tag mark from 5_6 year before.now 1 more tag also making in pimple shape...em always in pain now em not able to sit more thn 10 mnts.both side hips me pain Jes ki waja sy Sona bhttt mushkil hai..I never use medicine for it...1 tym in a month blood also come....plzzz docs suggest some good medicine for it..and female doc for it...thank u fee amanillah

R u talking about fissure / tag in anal area or on front in genital area.
if anal area then needs to be seen by a surgeon before treatment can b commenced .
if it is in genital area, consult a gynaecologist..
