Talk to Urologist on Facing Male Infertility Issue

Hello Respected Doctors, I am 30 years old and facing male infertility issue, I did my semen analysis and It shows that sperm count and morphology are fine but I have motility issue and my rapid linear progression is 0 and the doctor suggested me for varococele surgery and I did that too few weeks ago, he also prescribed me Germixeed for 3 months.

I am sharing all this because Doctors are life savers, not all people are rich, I did save money for about 1 year just for this varicocele surgery so that shows what is my position.

So Its just a humble request that please guide me or prescribed me a good medicine for sperm motility here for the grace of Allah and humanity because if that medicine works and I become a father trust me I will pray for you in my entire life.

I hope humanity is still alive and a kind hearted doctor will prescribed me medicine for free rather than sharing his link just for a few thousand income.
