Talk to Urologist on Ejaculation- Semen Analysis

I am going to get married inshaAllah very soon, i have fear that my timing during intercourse might not be enough and there may be some problem of premature ejaculation since i feel much sensitivity at the area sometimes, so some friend asked to get semen Analysis done, kindly confirm if the report is OK and how to confirm if there is any problem of premature ejaculation or not!
