Talk to Urologist on Ejaculation

Ok so.. I don't know how often guys have this "problem" so im gonna try to explain it as good i can. Until the age of 22-23 everytime i had an orgasm my penis didn't go soft, in fact i was able everytime to do it for hours without any problems. I moved in uk and because i was focused so much on work, i didn't have too much time for relationships so not to much sex. Now i am with someone, and it looks like my "superpowers" are gone. I have the same problem like any other guy, fast ejaculation and after that going soft.. So my question is..why in the past i was able to go for hours because it wasn't going soft, and now I can't anymore. What made it in the past to stay hard even after ejaculation? Ps, in the past after every ejaculation i would take more and more until i would ejaculate again
