Talk to Urologist on ED,PE,Infertility

I am 36 years old married since 4 years with no kids yet. Since 10yrs I was habbitual of masturbation as i live abroad away from family even after my marriage. I was having erectile issue since 2 years but wouldnt give a heed to it first but now as I am back home, I am facing severe dysfunction and my timing is effected too. Because of this me and my wife are suffering badly. I got consultation from a urologist a month ago and he suggested to take Viagra for a month. While taking that drug i was in satisfactory state but as I stopped taking that I am in same boat again. I got my Semen analysis and testosterone levels checked as per urologist's prescription.
