since few days, i am having this weird discomfort in my right testicle. don't have any other symptom. the pain exacerbates whilst sitting, however, it gets a little better when i walk or stand. what could it be?

You have to do the ultrasound scrotum. It could be varicocele. Most men have this. In case the pain is not manageable, there is surgery, but most cases, it is not recommended. You can take panadol, if the pain is manageable, then no need of any surgery, just take panadol off and on.
