Talk to Urologist on Drop In Rapid Linear Progression In Semen Analysis

There is an drop in my rapid linear in semen. As i did this test 4 months ago, it was 20. Now I repeated test yesterday, it was only 5. As My dr suggested me with proxeed plus after my 1st test. Pls advice that why there is drop
