Talk to Urologist on Dripping Of Transparent Liquid/semen

Assalam Alikum, I am a 27 years old man and single. I do masturbate but not quite often - like once a month. But whenever I get an erection, I drip some semen/transparent fluid.

If the erection stays for a longer period of time, the dripping is bigger too.

I wanted to know if that is a serious concern? And what can be done to about this and improve my performance as I am getting married 4 months from now.
