Talk to Urologist on Cut To R Scratch

Few days ago when I was trying to have sex, don't exactly know how but i got a cut around the penis ring there was no.blood but its like penis has been scratced. I put coconut oil on this for couple of day it seems like it was heald but today after approximately 7 to 8 days later ot got scratched again at the same place.. what type of dr i can see for this n is this something serious
