Asking For Self, Male 28, Lahore
I have constipation problem from last 3 years. Sometimes There is swelling at lower end. Stomach exhales so much gas and sometimes i have severe headache. Usually stool is very hard and dark in color. Normally in night my body exhales heat specially hands and feet. My water intake is above average. please advise.
