Asalamo alaikum..... Its quite possible that she may have muscular spasm plus urine infection. I recommend urine Dr and ultrasound KUB for her. Once we have the results you can share reports in my opd. For now tak Tramal plus tablet if needed and plenty of fluids daily.
Let's rule out stone disease and urine infection.
