Talk to Urologist on Burning In Urine,greasy Yellowish Drops In Urine And Semen

Dear Dr, Sir its been very long time I am still facing urology problems even I have treated by well known doctor...I am facing burning in urination and greasy yellowish drops in urine and in semen as well ...and also facing huge frequency of urination that's why i afraid to drink plenty of water..my semen count is also low it's according last report 9.other than this I have constipation,nervous problem,i feel always depression,anxiety,slepless,and tired and problems related to psychology or psychiatric...plz sir suggest me I m fad up seriously....I am unmarried..thank you
