I noticed this bump in my pubic region today. It isn't itchy but it hurts on touch. Is it something serious?

Looks like folliculitis, commonly called Baaltor in Urdu. keep pubic region clean and shaved. Maybe pus starts to show up in a few hours. It may get better in a couple of days. If you get fever you may need antibiotic, for which show a doctor in person.
