Talk to Urologist on Brown Spot On Penile Foreskin Area

I am single and I am very worry about the situation i have right now, I have 5 to 7 brown spot on my penile area for 2 to 3 years and i had been ignoring this issue and thought of as in-grow hair issue on my penile but after the research i got into anxiety/panic attack about it kindly give your feedback on the picture mentioned it will be big help for me.
