Talk to Urologist on Blood From Penis

I use to masturbate daily. But then I stopped doing it as I started feeling pain in my penis. The pain was so severe that that I could not endure it. I also started feeling pain when my penis get erected in morning or because of any XYZ reason. After almost 1 week, the pain was gone. But then I masturbate only 2 times a week. Everything seems good. But one day I masturbate, and there was blood came out from my penis with other stuff. I am very tensed. Is this something serious? What to do now? I have almost stopped doing masturbate. But is there anything else that I need to do?
