Zero sperm. As per reports. Please guide me which type of azzospermia that iam suffering with. So that i can book an appointment

Fructose is positive in semen analysis. Both testices are normal in size and texture. Veins of both panpiniforun pulxes are mildly dilate upto 3 to4 mm. As per report. Bilateral mild varicocele.
Now in latest report fsh is 12 in 2019. Semen analysis sperm is nil. Fructose is positive
In 2017 its was 10.11

B/l varicocele can disturb semen analysis but cant do Azospermia .
U have hormonal imbalance.. Proloactin is high.
Better to consult some Endocrinalogist.. U may need MRI brain to rule out prolactinoma but after endocrinalogist opinion.
