Talk to Gynecologist on Lung Shrinkage Issue (totally On Oxygen )

Before a month she deliver a baby and during pregnancy she was suffering form less oxygen level..After delivery doctors diagnosed her lung shrinkage issue. Now she is totally on oxygen cylinder and there is no improvement in her lung condition ..i need serious and urgent recommendation
