Talk to Gynecologist on Twin Pregnancy 1 Is Dead

Assalamualaikum doctor Is it a normal ultrasound report , we monthly visits gynecologist for checkup, before gynecologist told us it's twins pregnancy, but after a month they told after check-up one is dead , it's our 5th months pregnancy, we are worried about the dead baby , is it still in placenta? How to handle dead one , I means is there any solution for dead baby , gynecologist says it's not matter dead one is finished in placenta , what's this problem, please respected doctors guide us , we are really worried for dead baby ,
