Talk to General Physician on Extreme Hairfall Post Covid

AOA wrwb! I'm 55 years of age and observed my quarantine from 2nd to 16th august. since last month,, I'm having an extreme hairfall. when i brush, it seems as if a wig is lying in the wash basin. literally extreme hairfall. before covid I used to occasionally take revitale multivitamins, after covid I'm only taking surbex z. I'm a diabetic patient. I don't want to go for prp or microneedling. please suggest me some good solution + multivitamins for my hair. I'm too worried. I am slightly overweight. I also have extreme pain in my legs before and after covid, and sometimes it reaches my back (kamar). I'm a house wife who works the whole day.
